        DTF (Direct to Film) printing is an innovative printing process where designs are first printed onto a special film, then adhesive powder is applied to the back of the design, and finally the transfer is heat pressed onto fabric.

        The workflow includes three main steps: first, a high-end digital inkjet printer prints the design on PET film; second, hot melt adhesive powder is evenly sprinkled and cured by baking; third, the positioned film is placed on the target fabric and heat pressed to complete the transfer.

        Compared to traditional screen printing or DTG, DTF does not require complicated pre-treatment processes. It has excellent color vibrancy, fine line performance, superior wash fastness and elasticity, and is ideal for small batch or personalized custom production.

        DTF has excellent fabric adaptability. It can be perfectly applied to 100% pure cotton, polyester, canvas, denim, and even nylon, leather or various blended fabrics of different shades.
